A Place to Begin:
Training, Experience, and Academic Background:
Perhaps you've found your way here because something in your life isn't feeling quite right. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, loss, or a sense that despite managing the demands of daily life, something important feels missing. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens not simply through insight, but through developing a deeper understanding of our emotional experience and the patterns that shape our lives. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, collaborative, and genuine--a place where you can feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions while also discovering new possibilities for growth, healing, and connection.
